The primary accountability is to manage  product development and conducting trial runs updating with recent technologies & today’s knowledge in product design and development. Execution of Processes and methodologies in Npd.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Assist in developing plastic and polymer products, from concept to production, under the guidance of senior engineers.
2. Conduct tests on raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards.
3. Assist in selecting appropriate plastic and polymer materials for specific applications.
4. Assist in optimizing manufacturing processes (such as injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding) to improve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
5. Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure products meet industry standards and client specifications.
6. Participate in R&D activities to innovate new materials and products, improve existing formulations, and explore sustainable material options.

The following is required for this role:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Science, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
2. knowledge of polymer chemistry, material science, and manufacturing processes.
3. Proficiency in analytical techniques (e.g., DSC, TGA, FTIR, SEM).
4.  Familiarity with software for material modelling and simulation.
5. Understanding of regulatory standards (e.g., REACH, RoHS) and quality systems (e.g., ISO).
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
