The primary accountability is toManage product development and conducting trial runs updating with recent technologies & today’s knowledge in product design and development. Execution of Processes and methodologies in NPD.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

· 1. Assist in the analysis of current production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

· 2. Support the design, development, and implementation of efficient systems and procedures that integrate people, machines, materials, and information.

 ·3.  Monitor production metrics and analyze data to recommend and implement process improvements.

· 4. Participate in time and motion studies to optimize labor utilization and minimize production costs.

· 5. Collaborate with the production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues affecting productivity.

·6.  Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by applying lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Six Sigma, 5S).

The following is required for this role:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in simulation and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, FlexSim, Arena).
3. Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and advanced manufacturing technologies.
4. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

Preferred – Master’s degree or certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related areas.
