As part of DuFlon’s mission to be a one-stop supplier for the global Pump and Valve (P&V) industry, DuCast® was established as our in-house investment casting foundry. Under the DuCast® brand, we manufacture and market premium metal castings tailored specifically for critical P&V applications. Over time, DuCast® has become synonymous with high-quality, precision-engineered metal components trusted by leading names in the P&V industry.

Core Competency DuCast® specializes in the high-volume production of butterfly valve discs and disc stems, with sizes ranging from DN40 to DN500. In addition to commercial supply, DuCast® also produces P&V metal castings for captive consumption, ensuring consistency and quality throughout the supply chain.

Production Excellence

With an annual capacity of 550 Metric Tons and the ability to produce single castings ranging from 60 grams to 58 kilograms, DuCast is committed to delivering superior quality castings across a wide range of grades.

Unlike many other foundries, and to provide cost-effective and shorter delivery cycles,DuCast® provides fully machined parts.  This helps eliminate rework, reduces inventory costs, and also helps to send our products directly to assembly lines.
