Our Approach

At DuFlon, we are committed to making a meaningful impact through our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities. Unlike mere compliance programs or isolated initiatives, our CSR efforts are strategically focused and supported by dedicated resources to achieve well-defined objectives. We plan and implement our activities to deliver real solutions to those in need and drive substantial progress in our target areas.

Policy

DuFlon is dedicated to being a socially responsible enterprise, actively contributing to community development in the following areas:
  • Skill improvement for employability
  • Education
  • Healthcare and sanitation
  • Environment
  • Other specific areas identified by the CSR Committee
Our CSR expenditure is directed towards:
  • Eradicating hunger, poverty, and malnutrition; promoting preventive healthcare, sanitation, and access to safe drinking water.
  • Promoting education, including special education and vocational skills enhancement, particularly for children, women, the elderly, the differently-abled, and livelihood enhancement projects.
  • Advancing gender equality, empowering women, establishing homes and hostels for women and orphans, creating facilities for senior citizens, and addressing inequalities faced by socially and economically disadvantaged groups.
  • Ensuring environmental sustainability, ecological balance, protection of flora and fauna, animal welfare, agroforestry, conservation of natural resources, and maintaining soil, air, and water quality.
  • Preserving national heritage, art, and culture; promoting traditional arts and handicrafts.
  • Supporting armed forces veterans, war widows, and their dependents.
  • Encouraging rural and nationally recognized sports.
  • Contributing to the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund.
  • Providing funds to technology incubators approved by the Central Government within academic institutions.
  • Planning and executing rural development projects.
